Deerfield Village Cumri Township PA

Hello everyone,

As of July 1, 2026, Mr. Whitman and the HOA have officially parted ways. The apartments he owns, as well as the single home on Ravine Drive, are no longer included in our HOA.

Thank you to everyone who supported this change during the vote held earlier this year.

We have also had discussions regarding cable service. As many of you know, Mr. Whitman owns the cable lines. There are currently 75 residences that no longer pay the basic cable fee.

He will be sending disconnection notices providing 15 days’ notice that the cable lines will be disconnected from your home if the fee is not paid.

  • If you do not use the cable line for any services, this will not affect you.
  • If you use the cable line only for internet access, we requested a reduced fee on your behalf. Unfortunately, he declined, explaining that he has no way to determine whether a resident is using the line only for internet or is also receiving cable television service without paying for it.

If you use the cable line only for internet access, I suggest exploring alternative internet options, such as services offered through your cell phone provider, to avoid paying the full fee to Berkshire Greens.
