Welcome to Deerfield Village & Deerfield Meadows Homeowners Association

Deerfield Village and Deerfield Meadows is a diverse, quiet planned community in the rolling hills of Cumru Township, Pennsylvania.

The beautiful 130 acres are made up of 14 cul-de-sac streets consisting of 141 single homes, 62 townhomes, and 36 apartments.

The amenities include paved walking paths, a playground, a basketball court, open fields, and a pond.

The well-maintained community is managed by an HOA Board of Directors made up of all current residents.

Hopefully, you and your families had a great Easter weekend. Now that we are into April, the grass cutting season has begun. For those living in the townhomes, especially, our grass-cutting days are Monday and Tuesday. Make sure everything in the common areas both behind and in front of your area is out of the way when Trout Run is cutting. Examples: dog feces, tie-outs, chairs, grills, etc. Thank you for your cooperation.
Don’t forget, the resident meeting is on Wednesday, April 15th, at 6pm, at the Grill Fire Company. We will have some community updates regarding projects, the results of the voting, and the election of Board Members, including President, Vice President (to complete RJ Morgalos’ term), and Treasurer.
I, Joel Zeiber, am looking to stay on the Board for another term as well.
We will have a guest speaker from the Berks Nature Society, located near Alvernia College off Route 10.
