Welcome to Deerfield Village & Deerfield Meadows Homeowners Association

Deerfield Village and Deerfield Meadows is a diverse, quiet planned community in the rolling hills of Cumru Township, Pennsylvania.

The beautiful 130 acres are made up of 14 cul-de-sac streets consisting of 141 single homes, 62 townhomes, and 36 apartments.

The amenities include paved walking paths, a playground, a basketball court, open fields, and a pond.

The well-maintained community is managed by an HOA Board of Directors made up of all current residents.

Deerfield Village Cumri Township PA

Hello Summer!!

We would like to update everyone on the Summer of ’26 projects and the one event in the development this year.

Community Projects

As you may have noticed already, Folk Paving is here to redo our walking trails. They are being milled, sealed, edged, and macadamed to 4′ width.

We will be having STOP signs installed at all intersections with the Township dedicated roads in The Village.

We will have benches installed at the basketball court.

We will be having swings installed at the playground. This will be an area surrounded by mulch with cemented posts to ensure safety while in use.

We will soon have the agreement finalized with Berkshire Greens removing the apartments from the HOA. This has been a longer than expected project due to whom we are dealing with.

Community Event

The 2nd Annual Ice Cream Social and Movie Night

The 2nd Annual Ice Cream Social and Movie Night is scheduled for Friday, July 10th.

Once we get the time frame from the ice cream provider (Mr. Softtee), the specifics will be posted.

Any suggestions for the movie, G rated family movie, would be appreciated!

Looking Ahead

We look forward to keeping you informed as the Summer of ’26 continues.

Thank you to the members of the Board, you, our residents, the contractors and providers we use to keep the community standards of living here in Deerfield.

We look forward to seeing you this Summer!!

Don’t forget to spend as much time as you can with those you love. You never know what tomorrow has in store!

Thank you Dennis! Your thoughts and interest in the work being completed and seeing what was missed is greatly appreciated!
