Deerfield Village and Deerfield Meadows is a diverse, quiet planned community in the rolling hills of Cumru Township, Pennsylvania.

The beautiful 130 acres are made up of 14 cul-de-sac streets consisting of 141 single homes, 62 townhomes, and 36 apartments.

The amenities include paved walking paths, a playground, a basketball court, open fields, and a pond.

The well-maintained community is managed by an HOA Board of Directors made up of all current residents.

SPECIAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

Important date for an upcoming event:
You will be receiving an important packet in the mail within the next 10 business days. Please read over this packet and it will explain the agreement we will be casting ballots on, to remove Berkshire Greens Apartments, as well as Phase 4 (construction to be started Spring 2026) from the Deerfield HOA. Many questions you may have will be answered in the packet. Those that are not, will be answered at the Special Meeting that will occur on March 18th, 630pm, at the Grille Fire Company Social Hall. Please bring your Ballots along to cast them at this time. The other option would be to mail them to our Treasurer, Tim Umstead at

There will be a return envelope included with the packet you are to receive. This is an important step in distancing ourselves from Berkshire Greens.
